How to Add Additional App Users to Pocket Secure 2.0

If you are an admin user on your Pocket Secure 2.0 app, you can invite additional app users to have access to the application by following these steps.

Only admin users can add or remove an app user from Pocket Secure 2.0. If you are not an admin, but require admin privileges, please lodge a support ticket here.

Step 1

Open the app and select the correct location, from there, tap the "Users" tab at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2

Tap the three dots menu on the top right hand corner of the screen.

If you do not see " Admin" next to your name under the "You" section, you will not be able to add new app users. 
Lodge a ticket here and one of our support team can add you as an admin to the app

Step 3

Tap invite new users 

From this screen you can also change your Admin user. 

You can only have 1 Admin user per site. 

Step 4

Enter the details of the user you wish to give app access to. Ensure their mobile phone number is correct as this will be used to send the app pairing code to. 

Once done tap "Add User"

The person you add will need to create a Pocket Secure 2.0 account before they can accept the invitation.
