Important Information

  1. Pocket Secure allows for remote arming or disarming via the app, activation of doors, roller doors, gates, or lights.
These features need to be enabled by your technician when your alarm is installed, and may not be available on all systems.
Additional costs may apply to have these features set up.
  2. Voice Control is currently only available on iOS with Shortcuts by Siri
  3. If more than 10 Pocket Secure users are enabled, an additional monthly cost of $9.90 will apply

  4. Pocket secure has a built-in panic alarm. When activated via the app it sends your real-time location to other pocket secure users only.
Pocket Secures panic alarm does not alert the monitoring centre or police to your location. It will however trigger the panic alarm as if it was set off at your site and the monitoring centre will action it as if it was set off via duress or keypad activation onsite.
NSW Police will not respond to panic only alarms without verification first via either phone call or security attendance
