When does pro-rata apply?

Panorama Security charges for services a month in advance. For example, you will receive your monthly bill on the first of the month that the bill is for.

Pro-rata billing will apply if:

  1. Your service is newly connected to us
  2. Your service is reconnected
  3. A change of ownership of the service occurs
  4. Your service is cancelled
  5. You change your service or plan
