When we complete a patrol report at your site, they are separated into 4 different categories depending on what they are about.
Categories bring a higher level of control to how Activity Reports are filed. It allows you to better consume the important information streaming in day and night as the result of security operations.
Activities
Activities are the most common type of report. These catalogue everyday officer activities as they observe and report at your Locations.
Flagged Activities
Flagged Activities are common Reports of elevated importance. They're not emphasizing Maintenance concerns or security breaches and crime Incidents. Our officers will give a reason why they Flagged the report
An example of a flagged activity may be an uncommon vehicle in a parking lot or a note about something that may need your attention like staff propping a security door open
Maintenance
Maintenance issues involve anything from lighting assessments, overflowing trash bins, drives and walks obscured by weeds, graffiti, storm damage, etc.
Incidents
Incident reports are the highest level of report and involve security breaches, crimes, ban & bar, noise complaints, parking violations, alarms, etc.
On top of optional weekly reports, you will automatically receive an email for any reports that are categorised as flagged, maintenance or incidents
