Not Receiving Notifications from Pocket Secure 2.0 - iPhone

If you aren't receiving notifications from Pocket Secure 2.0, try the following troubleshooting tips. 

Check the in-app notification settings. 

Check that notifications are enabled within Pocket Secure 2.0 by going to your in-app settings.
You can do this by: 
Tapping "Your Account" by clicking the person icon person-icon in the top left corner of the dashboard
Then tap "Notification Settings" and check that all settings are enabled.



Check Device Settings

Check your devices notification settings by:
Going to Settings > scrolling down until you find Pocket Secure 2.0 > Notification and check all settings are enabled as below
