Important Information About Your Installation Appointment - New Connection/Installation
If your transferring your monitoring service from another provider, you’ll need to disconnect your old service prior to our appointment.
Panorama Security is not responsible for any additional charges that your old service provider may charge in association with the disconnection of your service.
- It's important that you only disconnect the monitoring service. Some providers may offer to "decommission" your service. This can sometimes involve the removal of your alarm system. If your new system is reusing parts of a old system and they have been removed prior to your appointment then additional fees and charges may apply to re-install new equipment.
- If we arrive and find that there is no suitable power point or space to install an alarm panel we may reschedule your appointment.
