Key Holders Explained

A Key Holder is a designated person who we will contact in the event of an alarm activation or other emergency situation. To be eligible to be listed as a Key Holder, the following criteria must be met:
1. The person must be over 18 years of age.
2. They must have the authority to make decisions regarding your site and be able to instruct us on the appropriate course of action, including any actions that may incur additional charges.
3. The Key Holder must be willing to attend the site if needed at any time.
4. It is preferred, but not required, that the Key Holder holds keys to the site.
Key Holders are assigned a unique voice code for identification purposes. If you are unable to quote your voice code during an emergency, our operator will ask you alternative security questions to verify your identity.
