How to Set the Date & Time on Hills/DAS/NX Reliance Alarm Systems

In this article, we'll show you how to set the date and time on your Hills/DAS/NX security system. It is important to set the correct date and time for accurate recording and notification purposes.

Setting the System Date

Example: Setting the date to Monday, June 11, 2022
  1. Press [*] [9] [6] keys.
  2. Enter the master code. E.g. 1234
  3. Enter the day of the week (1=Sunday, 7=Saturday). E.g. [2] for Monday
  4. Enter the month code. Must be two (2) digits. E.g. [0][6] for June.
  5. Enter the day code. Must be two (2) digits. E.g. [1][1] for the 11th day.
  6. Enter the last two (2) digits of the year code. E.g. [2][2] for 2022.
  7. Press [#] to exit. Your date is now set.
Example Sequence: [*] → [9] → [6] → [1234] → [2] → [0] → [6] → [1] → [1] → [2] → [2] → [#]

Setting the System Time

Example: setting time at 9.30am.
  1. Press [*] [9][7] keys.
  2. Enter the master code. E.g. 1234
  3. Enter the hour code. Must be two (2) digits. E.g. [0][9] for 9am.
  4. Enter the minutes code. Must be two (2) digits. E.g. [3][0] for 30 minutes.
  5. Press [#] to exit. Your time is now set.

Example Sequence: [*] → [9] → [7] → [1234] → [0] → [9] → [3] → [0] → [#]
