How to Add an Existing Site to Insite Gold
If your Paradox alarm system has been installed by Panorama Security your site will already be set up for use with the Insite Gold application as an "Installation"
Step 1 - Download the App
Download the Insight Gold app from your app store by searching Insite Gold or clicking the below links
Step 2 - Add Site
Click the + button in the top right corner of the app
Fill in the following information on the Add Site screen
Site Name (optional): A label for your site that is recognisable to you, it does not have to match the Site ID (e.g. Home, Work etc.)
Site ID: This is the ID assigned to your site by your installer, you would have received this in your order completion email.
SWAN Email: This is the email address assigned to your site when we created it,
If you don't remember what email you set as your SWAN email,
submit a ticket and we can assist you in recovering it.
Once done, tap "Add Site" and you'll be taken back to the Home Screen.
From here you can login to your site using your alarm code.
If you wish to receive notifications for arming/disarming and alarms, b
e sure to enable notifications for insite Gold in your device's settings.
You can customise notifications within the app if you only want to receive a certain type of notifications (e.g. alarms)
