How to Add an Existing Site to BlueEye Using SWAN Email

 If your Paradox alarm system has been installed by Us and has an IP Module your site will already be set up for use with the BlueEye application as an "Installation"

Step 1 - Download the App

Download the BlueEye app from your app store by searching "Paradox BlueEye" or clicking the below links

Step 2 - Add Site

Tap the + button in the bottom right corner of the app

Step 3 - Enter Site Details

Tap "I don't have a Site Token" 

If you don't know your Site Token, you can add your site by using your SWAN email and Site Name, you can find a step by step guide here

Or Submit a ticket and we can assist you. 

Once done, tap "Add Site" and you'll be taken back to the Home Screen. 

From here you can login to your site using your alarm code. 

If you wish to receive notifications for arming/disarming and alarms, be sure to enable notifications for BlueEye in your device's settings.

You can customise notifications within the app if you only want to receive a certain type of notifications (e.g. alarms)
