How do I set up and manage my direct debit?

Setting up a direct debit is the easiest and most convenient way to pay. Direct debit takes the thinking out of paying your bills and makes late fees history.
We'll automatically charge your monthly bill to your nominated payment method.

Set up, cancel or manage in MyAccount

Set up Direct Debit

1. log in to MyAccount

2. Click "Pay Now" next to any outstanding invoice.
You can do this in one of 2 ways.

From the Account Summary on the Dashboard


From the invoices tab


3. Fill in your payment details using the card you'd like to use to make direct debit payments and click the use card for future transactions box before making a payment.



Your direct debit is now set up and your next bill will automatically be direct debited.  
Panorama Security does not store any card or bank details, all details are securely encrypted by our payment processing provider.

Cancel Direct Debit

1. Click on the subscriptions tab
2. Click on the plan you have direct debiting
3. Click "Disable Auto-charge" underneath the payment method section



You can re-enable direct debit at any time by following the steps above and clicking "Enable Auto-charge"



Edit Direct Debit Details

1. From the dashboard click edit next to your card in the card details box

2. Enter new card details and click save



Why has my direct debit payment failed

Possible reasons why your direct debit didn’t go through:
  1. Your credit card may have expired
  2. You may have insufficient funds in your account
  3. Your financial institution may have had a problem on their end
  4. If you previously requested a payment extension, your direct debit may have been paused
  5. You have an overdue amount on your account
If your direct debit fails, we will re-attempt to process the direct debit 3, 6 & 9 days from the first date the direct debit failed.
If the direct debit fails after the last retry you'll need to pay your bill manually. We'll send you an email each time we retry your payment.

To ensure your direct debit goes through next month, sign in to MyAccount and:
  1. Check and update your direct debit details
  2. If you have a payment extension for this bill, once you make a payment your direct debit will restart
  3. Contact your financial institution to ensure there are no issues with direct debits.
