Add a new CCTV System to the Dahua DMSS App via IP


You can add your Dahua devices to DMSS via local IP when your NVR has access to the local network but not the internet. 
The DMSS app will only work when you are connected to the local network.

Prerequisites

  • DMSS installed on the phone
  • Recorder/Cameras already initialized

Step by Step Instructions

1. Get the local IP of the recorder on the Web UI or HDMI monitor directly from the NVR. 

3. Open the DMSS app on the phone and tap the + sign located on the top right corner then select IP/Domain.



























4. Select NVR if the added device is a recorder.


5. Input all the information including IP address, Name & login information and tap the Save button.


6. The live view of the cameras will be displayed after it's successfully connected.
